Studio 2 — Large photo studio
Our most popular studio — a luxurious 260 square metres space with a seperate green room, with 6-metre cathedral ceilings, blackbutt floorboards, sash windows and an abundance of natural light.
With direct roller door access to the carpark for easy loading in & a massive 7m wide corner cyc makes this a favourite in the industry.
Studio 7 — Sound stage
Studio 7 is our state-of-the-art soundstage, perfectly engineered for TVCs, broadcast, drama, documentaries, and high-end digital content.
Designed to make live-streamed broadcasts and large-scale events a breeze, the space boasts a massive 12m wide cyclorama to accommodate even the biggest productions. Logistical flow is effortless, featuring direct loading dock access alongside two dedicated grip truck parking bays.
Complete with a separate, private green room that opens out to garden access, Studio 7 offers the ultimate premium environment for both cast and crew.
Studio 6 — natural light
A light filled studio that offers a seperate green room leading directly out to the garden, with hair and make-up table, clothing rack, iron and board, and direct access to Studio 7 for privacy when booking both.
A large 6.8m cyc, with 4m high ceilings and plenty of depth to support any production.
Studio 3 - versatile multi-space
A generous 174 square metres with 4-metre ceiling height over a fresh white cyclorama and shooting area. Iconic red Brick wall, and enough space to run mutiple sets at once
Offering Direct roller door access to carpark for easy loading in. Big enough to get a car in!
Studio 4
An intimate working space with seperate shooting & green room areas, with views straight out to the gardens and private courtyard.
Studio 4 offers a 6.8m wide white cyc, 4m wide exposed brick for mutiple shooting setups.
Studio 1 - budget friendly
A lovely studio that is designed for ultimate convenience, Studio 1 offers Direct carpark access, on-site parking and an on-site barista to complement your production.
With complete black out shooting space this is a perfect studio for smaller crews & great budget friendly option.

LUNAR Studios Sydney is a creative hub for professional photography and videography in a beautiful renovated 1930’s woolshed in Alexandria, Sydney Australia.
The 2,400 square meter, single level heritage listed building sits on a large tree-filled block of land with parking for over 50 cars and film-support vehicles.
There are 7 versatile photography & film studios for hire at LUNAR Sydney. These are fully equipped with a fresh cyclorama, kitchenette, lounge and dining area, hair and makeup station, clothing racks and steamer, powerful reverse cycle AC, poly-boards, 8 x 8 rolling flat, shot bags, filtered water, work trolleys and benches and three-phase power.
Each of the studios opens onto our gardens and private courtyards. They all have easy access and ample parking. Studio 2, 3 and 7 feature dedicated roller doors for private access and easy bump in. Each studio has its own distinctive character with features such as daylight, exposed brick walls, concrete floors and timber floorboards.
The studios are located within steps of our café and catering service, equipment hire department that stocks a wide range of cameras and lighting and our set build department.
